Student Engagement

The Early Careerist and Internship Meet and Greet is an opportunity for companies to both raise awareness about the types of roles they hire for and share information onsite about current internships and job opportunities. You'll get two days of exposure for your company with the key target audiences you seek to hire. Showcase your brand, your culture, and the innovative opportunities that your future employees will want to know about. In 2025, we had 283 attendees (with another 165 who bookmarked the session in the mobile app).

• Sponsor can bring a branded tablecloth, literature, branded giveaways, table-top banner/sign, and 1 pop-up banner not more than 33” wide
• Logo recognition on signage at IFT FIRST
• Logo recognition on emails to attendees and students promoting the New Graduates and Internship Fair
• Sponsor recognition on iftevent.org
• Includes two premier passes to IFT FIRST
